The Heart of the hospitality at My Way Cau Giay is a wine cellar with a capacity of 10.000 bottles and a temperature at 14-16 degrees is an ideal place for managing a large collection of rare wines. Chosen from 10-15 wineries from the old and the new world in a modular limestone system exhibits all these bottles.

The cellar is only accessible with the accompany of the cellar master, small standing tables are designed for wine degustation…Secondary spaces such as the show kitchen are located below the void creating an interesting optical connection to the 1st basement. Behind glass- the cold cut area next to it shows rare delicatessen from the Mediterranean kitchen such as Parmeggiano, Prosciutto di Parma etc. Accounting area, Staff area, WC for guest, storage and small kitchen area are accomplishing the second basement.
