The New Digital hospital project will be located within Sao Mai New Residential Area,Triệu Sơn District, Thanh Hoa Province. The project is divided into two phases:
Phase 1 (2019-2021): Technical area, outpatient and inpatient area with 500 beds, with outpatient area of 5 storeys, Inpatient area and inpatient area of 12 storeys.
Phase 2 (2025-2026): Inpatient area will be expanded up to additional 500 beds.
The hospital was strategically placed in one of the most populated provinces in Vietnam in a range of industrial zones and foreign manufactures. This hospital is thought to satisfy the needs of foreign experts and Vietnamese middle class who might bring their personal doctors to this well equipped and ultra-modern digital Hospital. Inros Lackner Vietnam was commissioned together with a construction consortium to establish technical design and cost estimates to define quality and the feasibility of this hospital.
