Design of landscape and residential amenities of a residential Area of 200 ha in Ha Dong District, Hanoi Capital of Vietnam
Green Tech City of Ha Dong is designed as an urban hybrid of a green and technology driven city in the new urban development of Ha Dong district in Hanoi, Capital of Vietnam. Green Tech City is designed to attract a new generation of city dwellers. Besides the overall landscape design, a plenty of activities are provided in unique subterranean clubhouse structures following the leitmotiv of 3 separate lifestyles featuring the “art of living” of three Californian neighborhoods, which were developed by WATG, USA.
Green Tech City is providing the first time to Hanoi an avantgarde and smart landscape concept using 3d printed structures, six senses pool experience, kinetic sculptures and augmented reality spaces for their residents. Inros Lackner was also commissioned to design exceptional welcoming areas to represent this new lifestyle. The Inros Lackner design team design team created contemporary tropical tree structures in steel, covered by plants and orchestrated by light. This project has been executed as a consortium of WATG, Inros Lackner and Converarchi.
