The exponential growth of population in urban centers of emerging countries causes an increasing density of habitation. As a result, buildings of business or residence are higher, urban green space is replaced by traffic infrastructure and by retail and market places. And all those developments are loaded on the backbone of a public infrastructure, that constantly needs to grow with the increased demand of supply and disposal, to serve the expectation of comfort, mobility and a growing standard of life.

The balancing act, of growing demand on the one hand and the bottlenecks in supply- and disposal infrastructure as well as shrinking prime energy resources on the other hand, can only be solved through smart, efficient and sustainable technical systems and plants. The importance of well-planned technical building services is therefore a main column in holistic building concepts and a special focus in our design works.
