Marina Boltenhagen, Germany
The tourist centre includes a wellness hotel and a yacht harbour.
Between the cities of Lübeck and Wismar, nearby the community Boltenhagen the construction of a "touristy centre with marina" is planned. The opening of the area is scheduled for the season 2007/2008. The central buildings of the touristy commercial area will be the four-star wellness and lifestyle hotel "Baltic Resort", offering ca. 200 rooms, the family vacation village "Ostseedorf" with 200 apartments in 23 houses and the yachting port "Marina Boltenhagen" with 350 berths.
INROS LACKNER SE is responsible for the design of the technical building systems of the civil engineering constructions and the yachting port.
