Located in the Central Business District, this mixed use development includes a 300 keys international 4 Star Novotel and a 150 Keys Novotel Suites. Inros Lackner Vietnam, in association with Inros Lackner Cambodia, was assigned to re-design the existing 5 star hotel layout fitting it into a 4 star Novotel Space program.
While the project had been on hold for several years, the contextual urban settings had changed, as had the Vietnamese hospitality market. The client required a thorough review of the design and significant changes to the layout and the overall appearance. At the same time the structural layout and GFA had to be kept.
The design team had to develop architectural, structural and MEP design solutions that met Novotel's requirements.
