The factory is located in the South-Eastern part of Minsk, in the industrial area Shabany. On the territory of the plant are located production and administrative buildings, boiler station and transformer box, and a network of underground structures of engineering infrastructure. One-story industrial building is solved in the mixed frame with reinforced concrete columns and metal trusses. Three-storey administrative building is solved in a monolithic reinforced concrete frame with monolithic reinforced concrete ceilings and floors .
Total area of factory buildings – 7425 m2.
