Multifunctional complex is located in the central part of Minsk. The building consists of three shapes of different height: fourteen-storey (rental-type offices), ten-storey(hotel) and three storey (restaurants and sports and recreation center). The complex contains two-level underground Parking with a capacity of 154 cars. The building is designed in monolithic reinforced concrete frame with monolithic reinforced concrete floor slabs and coatings.
Total area of the multifunctional complex: 28600 m2.
