Topping-out ceremony for two buildings
Following successful completion of the preliminary planning and design phase, Inros Lackner is currently responsible for the detailed design and construction management of two new residential buildings in the south of the city of Rostock. The topping-out ceremony at the end of November 2021 marked an important milestone in the project, which takes proper consideration of the neighbouring residential developments from an urban planning perspective. The five- and six-storey buildings will offer barrier-free accessibility, with 36 new residential units of between 52 and 110 square metres. The associated external facilities include car parking spaces, bicycle spaces, refuse areas, fire brigade positioning areas and a children's playground.
