Purposes of data processing
Purpose A: Logging of website visits based on IP addresses in order to evaluate the number of visitors and the webpages visited
Purpose B: Logging of system events associated with the IP address for the purpose of Troubleshooting
Purpose C: Title, first name, family name, address, telephone number, email address, advertised position, starting date, motivation, application documents – and if desired, date of birth – for the purpose of an on-line job application
Purpose D: Google Maps is used to enable users to more easily find and visualise our Offices
Purpose E: Matomo (formerly Piwik) is used to analyse visitors’ use of the website. For this purpose, Matomo records customer data, based on page views, relating to the technical characteristics and activities of website visitors. The data collection is pseudonymised. The results are prepared by Matomo and visually presented.

Legal basis for data processing
Processing of data for Purposes A, B, D and E is on the basis of legitimate interests in accordance with Article 6 (1) (f) of EU GDPR regulations. Processing of data for Purpose C is based on the voluntary consent of the concerned person in accordance with Article 6 (1) (a) of EU GDPR regulations.

Authorised interests of the data processing entity
In relation to Purpose A: The website is intended to attract new clients and to provide information to interested parties. In this regard, data is collected in order to enable the website’s effectiveness to be assessed and the website to be optimised based on this data.
In relation to Purpose B: To ensure the ongoing technical availability of the website, system events are saved and evaluated. In order to be able to recognise and prevent intentionally caused events, all events are saved together with IP addresses.
In relation to Purpose D: In order to provide a map service in an economical way, we offer the free map service of Google Maps.
In relation to Purpose E: The website serves to attract new contract partners and to provide information to interested parties.
